For those that have done the TSB / SSM...can you please tell me if they replaced 1 or 2 modules?
Looking at my paperwork, the control unit 2L1Z-14C708-BB was done on mine.
The "popping" is gone but the mirror doesn't always return to it's original position after reverse. It does tilt up but it doesn't tilt inward enough.
I'm just wondering if there was another module to replace.

I just had mine in on 8/15 and they changed one module. Then had to take it back in the next day. The problem I also experienced (beside the mirror problem) was the adjustable pedals adjusted by themselves driving down the road. Now they don't know what's causing that. Tech talks to engineer which talks to....and i still don't have my truck back.

Moving pedals while driving sounds dangerous.
I'm going to ask them to try getting me a new passenger mirror or motor to see if the problem goes away.

My mirror on the driver side does not tilt in towards me the majority of the time (go to my right if I am sitting in drivers seat). But occasioanly it works 100% for a few days. Strange.

My passenger side mirror was very similar. Worked fine some days, other days went nuts. Don't know if my fix will help you or not, but it's worked perfectly since they replaced the crazy mirror.

Update:
I had both mirror motors replaced and it's working perfectly now (knock on wood).
It seems the module replacement is not enough. I assume this issue has been address on all late and current builds.
