Defroster plenum

First surprise was finding wood blocks under the bed. Now during my disassembly of the dash, I find two "cardboard" air plenums that direct the heater air to the windshield. Of course, I dropped one and it broke.
Any ideas on replacements or should I break out the glue?
I didn't mention the giant "vacant" red wasp nest hanging from one corner. Fortunately the girls had moved on.

Thanks Ted. They're really proud of the pair. I may try some re-manufacture of my on for that price.

I understand, that is what I did. Sorta like paper mache. I just had one of the grommets come lose.

I got the second one out today. It's in better condition (not broken) but the middle is collapsed on both. Still, the first one may be repairable. What kind of glue did you use?

I don't remember for certain, but I think it was wood working glue. Think I super glued the metal tab back in place then just saturated strips of news paper in the glue and wrapped the entire thing inside and out with couple layers. also put a little spreader piece of wood in to hold the discharge open.
