Noticed that Green Gem is gone.... Sorry Roy!
Also noticed the new fuel tank size grew to 48 gallons for CCLB and 34 gallons for the CCSB. About time Ford! I would love the 48 gallon fuel tank towing!!!!
The trucks keep getting longer as well, that is not good at my current house where my truck only fits in the driveway at an angle, the new one would hang over the sidewalk some.
I can't wait to see one in person and drive it. Crud, got me already dreaming of a new truck in a few years and mine is almost paid off....
Thanks for posting, have your truck built yet Rodney?

Dang! I am really impressed. This is going to be one sweet truck. 48 gallon fuel tank, cabin filter, deployable running boards, high mount rear camera, console vault, heated steering wheel in the King Ranch, standard wheel well lines, and more HP and torque. Lots of goodness for those that waited for a 2017.

I do wish they had a MegaCab like offering, but with a 4-6" longer wheel base, we did get a slightly longer cab than the previous version. Can't wait to see and drive one in person.

Looks like the fuel capacity for the 160" WB (Supercab) actually went down, from 37 to 34 gallons.

Anybody know what the "trailer camera" is? Keeps the camera lit when towing?

So this is the start of the mass upgrade for those 6.7L FTE members not planning on one. What a great read. So much to like about the new truck. So many creature comfort enhancements that should have been made years ago finally reaching the SD platform.

For those that hate moon-roofs, now you will have twin panels to hate on. For me, I wouldn't own a vehicle without one so this is a very welcome change. Different strokes, I know. Not trying to be combative.

I believe it is a remote mount camera you can attached to the end of your trailer (or anywhere you choose) to keep an eye on things from the cab.

Pat, I'm ordering next Feb for a April delivery. If I ordered today, I wouldn't have the truck until mid August after most of my RVing is done and only a few months before salt season starts. No point in that.

The heated wheel can now be had in the Lariat too. Very happy about that as I was thinking of going Lariat again instead of Platinum. Still undecided but nice to have choices.

Trailer back up camera and trailer TPMS are great features but we knew they were coming. The new trailering package is amazing!

One of my favorite things is that you can now get a rubber floor on the high end models! Bout time.

You might want to consider rephrasing that...

He needs to order John Holmes edition, Rodney. I hear it's the longest one available.

I too am curious as to the cost increases as well. However, it appears that there is now a Platinum ultimate package. For when just the regular Platinum isn't good enough.

But hey, there are more options now... And really, I wanted to NOT have the run/moonroof in mine, so this time around when it's time I will custom order again. I was really happy with how my 2011 Lariat came out doing that. I'm torn between the console and the front jump seat. I've had both and there are pluses and minuses to them both.

For multiple reasons, including Rodney's "why get it just before winter starts", I won't be in the market for this new model just yet.

I like the extra extra heavy heavy duty dual alternator wording too...

LOL, John Holmes edition!

I understand what lots of guys don't like the moonroof. Certain areas are prone to damaging them. I am on the other end of the spectrum. MA has full glass coverage on every insurance policy as a rule. Plus, we don't get any damage on roofs to speak of. I also have missed a roof on my current Super Cab and am looking forward to one on my next CC. I love the pano roof on my wife's SUV and my last car too.

Will the steering wheel fit?

I wonder if I will be able to retrofit the steering wheel onto my '15? One of the things I don't like on it is the steering wheel switch gear which is poorly organized and made with tiny little buttons. One finger covers about three of them. The new wheel looks better. Since it is just a module on the CanBus, what are the chances you can retrofit one?
