Horn problems

The horn "blow switches" are incorporated within the driver side air bag module in the steering wheel.
The switches are powered through the air bag sliding contact and ground through the steering column - Clock Spring
Unfortunately, each come as a unit I believe. Also, depending on the damage, your multi-function switch may have been affected? Just a thought.

Yes my son removed the FORD emblem to replace when he went to install the new emblem he pressed too hard and damaged the circuitry now the horn wants to blow all time I was wondering if I can just replace the horn metal pad thingy?

I would suggest you remove everything down to the Multi-Function Switch.
This way you'll know what damage is done.
It may be as simple as a connection or perhaps the Clock Spring. On the other hand, perhaps the Air Bag Module.
The only way to know for certain is to dismantle it and see.
