Another Trailer Wiring Question

Ok, so I've searched and searched and searched, and I know I've even found it before, but for the life of me I can't find it now.

I'm wanting to install a 4-pin trailer connector now and later on wire up a full 7 pin with brake controller.

My van only has the standard 4-wire plug on the frame rail, not both. Where can I find the harness that goes from this 4 pin round plug back to a 4 pin flat? Someone has to make it but I can't find it.

Secondly, I have the grey harness plug under the dash for the brake controller, but where does it go? There's no other plug on the frame for the blue, orange, etc wires in the back near the other one, so how do I get the power from the brake controller back to the rear of the van?

Oh, this is an 04 E250 Sportsmobile btw. Thanks!

eTrailer is a great site----good link Jim!

FTE also has a Towing Forum---the sub-forums probably have some Ford van specific threads to help your project along.
