That sucks, nothing like trying to bring her into the fold and then bam, you get kicked out right in front of her.

Once again, I'll keep ya'll posted.
That is a bummer. At least she quit at home and not twelve miles into the first drive.

Still waiting after a few calls. Looks like they will replace the ECU. About 1400 bucks for the setup and paying to send it back. That's a lot of money for just 30 minutes of run time so far...

No offer to pay for the shipping to them. They've repaired it and are sending it back.
The turnaround time is way too long. they need to figure that out as they sell more units. It would've been nice to just return it to summit, but they're back ordered....

Update, got it back and got it in. Works great in the garage. However, Now the Fitech fuel sump (FCC) is blowing fuel through the vent line.I think it's a float problem, we'll see. I'll call them Monday.

They do need to tighten some stuff up.
I'm not giving up yet, the Idea is great. Hitting the key, have it snap to life and come to a nice idle is great. I know a correctly tuned carb will give me that, but...

I have a Holley multi port EFI on my panel and happy with it but the price of this unit you have sounds pretty good for the build I'm doing now. Hope you get the bugs worked out..thanks for keeping us posted..

Thanks! I'll continue to update the victories and challenges. I think potentially, there is a huge upside. We'll see!

If you have not done it, make sure Summit is aware of the issues so you keep that door open in the event it continues to have problems and needs to back to them.

Like John, I really like the price point and would like to see this work for you.
