cigarette burns
this isnt on my truck but could anyone tell me an idea of how much it would cost to get a cigarette burn on upholstery fixed?? i was in a car where it got burned and now im being forced to replace it even though it aint mine...thanks..

My 98 F-150 has burns all over the upholstery. Short of replacing all of the seats, the easiest thing to do is buy some seat covers that will fit. That's what I plan to do. I doubt you can just patch it like you can a body panel.

Yes, I would try ebay and locate a seat section or even entire seat. I bought brand new never used set of orginal ford captains chairs for my aerostar for $75, off of ebay. I no that isn't the question you asked exactly but this method is probably alot cheaper than having someone try to repair it. That method is usually expensive and some are bad craftsmanship.
