Ok so found out it was ficm and some bad connectors and some worn wires. Just got it back seems to b running fine. True test will b when i leave here soon for 4 hr drive to beach house. Hope im past this now. Thanks for all the input from the ford family.

No it was iratic from loose n bare wires. Changed ipr n it was still same. Soonce they fixed wires it was fine so put old ipr back on n still fine.
