Rusted frame
Picked up 1995 Ford F-150 but did not think to check frame. Found out it has heavy rust all over is t fixable or did I get screwed over

one mans "heavy rust" is another mans "surface rust".
pics would be great ... one of the areas to look at is the rear leaf spring hangers.
