c6 behind a cummins
I'm new to the auto trans world. I have never really messed with them other than shift kits.
About what is the max torque a c6 can handle, and what does it take to get it to that level?
I'm considering throwing together a 2wd pulling truck with a 12v p-pump cummins. THe C6 would be an easy option i think vs buying a standard trans and $$ clutch as i already have the 390 c6 in the garage. IT wouldn't be required to ever shift, SO it would be running first gear all of the time. What would it be able to hold in a 1st gear only situation?
Just getting ideas. And figured i would see what you guys thought.
