Can anyone hell me identify this part?






It has electrical harnesses connected to it, and sone type of steel cable connected to my carb. There is a large vacuum hose connected to it but its not plugged in anywhere, if i plug it into the spot on the carb tree it spoears to fit, the truck dies.
