brake line mount point
Hi everybody!
I'm stripping the frame to get it painted. Now the brake lines are in the way and I would like to remove them from a few mounting points to get better access.
There is some strange mount near the front wheel, that You can see in pictures:

How can this mount be taken apart to be able to remove brake line, to make cleaning easier?
Chilton and Haynes manuals do not help
Bronco chassis is '86 if that changes anything.

actually in the pictures there is not only rust, it's some mix of rust, oily dirt and some degreaser
It was quite difficult to find a degreaser that could remove power-steering oil. That one is very difficult to remove.
This is looking like never-ending project...
