You give us Moderators too much juice, LOL! There's only so much pull we have ya know!
We (FTE site staff) add Moderators only when a need has been identified, only to forums where they are needed, and always by general staff consensus. If a forum needs a mod added, we talk about it and figure out who would be a good fit. That's why when we revamped the towing forum back in May of last year, I suggested Tom as a the new Mod for that forum.
This really isn't a topic for this forum, but I wanted to let you guys know how and why Moderators are added to a forum, it's basically driven by need.
Tom's a great Mod and FTE is better because he's here.
