Bought an OEM takeoff from a guy on ebay and had my local upholster put on the cover and completely rebuild the bench. I thought I would be embarrassed to say I paid $650 for everything, but after seeing the used benches on craigslist and at the local yards I am very happy with how it turned out.
Thanks - it's the first time I really splurged on something for my truck - most of the time my purchases fall into the "how much could I sell the ones I have if on craigslist if I upgrade" category or "well its broken so I better replace it" category. This was pure pocket burn.
Local yards near me charge around $120 for the complete bench (seat and back). Assuming you can find one that isn't destroyed (rip, torn, stained, etc).
I asked an upholsterer once how much to rebuild my seat and one near me quoted $300 to $500 including new foam and new fabric. Of course the variable was the quality of the fabric. And, my 96's bench didn't have all that intricate stitching that you've got.

$400 shipped for the cover, $250 for the upholsterer to put it on and rebuild the bench, which included a complete bottom up re-build and some welding to fix a broken support. Check out the user clotheshorse392000 on ebay if interested in the seat material. Highly recommended seller. She has them in all of the original colors (blue/tan/red/gray) too.

94 F150 XLT standard cab - the ***** hold the cup holder on.
I just went the other night and picked up a red bench from a 92 ext cab that someone already had re upholstered on the driver side for $100. Had to pull it myself but 4 bolts and it was mine. Wish I had one with the arm rest though but oh well, beggers cant be choosers, mine was trashed.
