P0022 stalling runs rough after load

2008 F350 Super Duty with 5.4 3 valve it's been a nightmare. so far replaced the motor and cats, o2 sensors, brand new vct solenoids from Ford a bunch of coils and a couple injectors getting a p0022 and p0345 code it stalls out and runs rough after it starts back up after about 15-20 miles, when it's cold runs fine any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Ryan

Took a resistance reading on the cam sensors they were the same at .34 ohms. Now it sounds like the bank 2 cam phaser is making a clicking sound only after a load or highway driving. It's a new re manufactured engine long block with all the timing parts installed at the factory

Need a tall cliff that perhaps has a pool of lava at the bottom.
It all started when my boss buys this truck an 08 f350 5.4 with 123,000 miles and runs rough. Plug it in a bunch of misfire codes, change the plugs and a couple coils. No codes runs great. Take it for a ride falls flat on its face now it has lean codes and over retarded codes. Pull the timing cover off see the ripped chain tensioner gasket, replace all the timing components, get it back together still runs like crap, do a compression test less than 60lbs in the rear 2 cylinders, pulled a cam bearing cap all scored, replace the motor with a re manufactured long block get it back together, runs much better but still not right, pull the forward o2 sensors and pressure test, the guage only goes as high a 10psi and it was pegged (the max pressure is supposed to be 3psi at idol)replace both cats (missed the Ford extended warranty by 3000miles the wouldn't honor it) now it's purring like a kitten tons of power like new. Take it on the highway 15 miles get off at the end of the ramp stop it stalls, start it back up runs like crap, pull over shut it off for a few start it up runs fine, heading back on the highway, get off same thing runs like crap pop the hood and the cam phaser is clicking away, now get p0022 and p0345 codes. Get out my stepfascope with the engine cold and listen to the valve covers passenger side sounds fine, driver side has a different sound like a lack of oil sound. The motor is warrantied but who the hell wants to do that job again when you just did it the month before. Pretty disgusted with this truck.
I thought i wanted a newer truck, i think I'll stick to my 04 f250
Thanks for listening

You need a 2016 6.2.
Trouble free.
