Unhappy Need Help!! Rough running 7.3l

Here is my prob., My truck died on me the other day. I talked to a few people and everyone agreed it was the cam sensor. I replaced the cam sensor and it ran fine that day. The next day I went to the store and the Service Engine Soon light came on and the truck acted like it was "missing" or running rough. When I left to go back home the light was off and the truck ran great. The next day back to the rough running and it's still like that. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate them. By the way I have a 2001 F350 7.3l with 65000 miles on it. Thanks for your help.

Sound like exactly what my truck did last week. I read a few posts and tried a few of the suggestions. Here's what worked. I disconnected the Exhaust Pressure Valve in the open position and it now runs like a champ... A couple posts stated that they have taken it off all together which is what I'm going to do when the weather clears up... took about 5 minutes to fix!
Good Luck!
