I have a 1990 f250 with a 460 and e4od trans. I sometimes go offroading and pretty often when i go over a good size bump or dip at moderate speed, the truck will stall. Its werid because it will start right back up after. Anyone have this happen and know what would the problem be?

 

Sounds like a short somewhere or maybe it's tripping the inertia switch and its in a position that it gets reset??

 

I think its electrical short. I dont my truck has a inertia switch

 

My 86 had one above the passenger side floor board. Don't know if they stopped putting them in or not
