You're looking for his wife's sister, I'm wondering what the floor is made of. Can anyone guess which one of us is already married and putting in a new bathroom?
I have a side business rehabbing houses and reselling them, flipping if you will, and I know a bit about tile, but I am divorced and actually have a great girlfriend, but you can't close all the doors.
He's got the million $$ floor, another guy has a couch and three remotes in his garage...I feel outdone.
I feel your pain, I don't even have a garage, but felt lucky to at least have a concrete driveway to work off. I guess I will have to build a solid marble garage and get some custom made gold plated tools, then I may begin to fit in!

Well damn, yes I do! I should have known there would be something out there like that. Now are they pre or post K-Mart craftsmen? That does make a huge difference!
That is my garage you are looking at. I had regular ceramic tile installed a long time ago. Makes cleaning oil and such a lot easier. I just spray a little bit of degreaser and go over it with a regular mop I use exclusively for for the garage.
I do have a file cabinet in there which 2 of the drawers are for files the other 2 I use for misc items.
As long as there is not a random air pocket where the grout layer was spread too thin... even then, you'd have to roll right over it with a small wheel to risk breaking through. Chances are slim, at worst.
I have spacer I can send if you'll send one back. I don't care if you mount this one and send the one off of your engine when you pull it.
Tanks for that gracious offer! I have a line on two of these, I just need to find time to deal with it.
For those not "getting" the time constraints I face, I'll share yesterday's events with you: I got a call at 4:00 am (not a typo) that a production line 20 miles upriver from my home was down. Got them barely functioning by 6:00 and fully operational by 7:00 (they were scheduled to pack at 6:00). Now... another 25 miles upriver to do my "clerical" work on the computer - then I get a call to assist with a plant refit another 30 miles upriver. That consumed my day until 15:00 (3 pm), then I needed to get home - 75 miles downriver. At 16:30 (4:30 pm), I get a call that an apple color sorter is misbehaving - 45 miles behind me. Thank gawd for remote control of computers - got it squared away by 17:30 via internet.
Cherry season is worse - they operate 24/7 until all the cherries are packed (7-9 week season). To give you an idea of how intense that is, they hire a subcontractor for $25,000 for the cherry season to program the computers to recognize defective fruit (there are very few people in the world who have mastered this skill). This frees me up to do more important work for the company. When you look at the price of cherries in that little plastic box, it's not hard to realize the money involved when we pack over 40 tons an hour between all the cherry lines. Down time? Disaster.
I just figured since we were talkin' tile, I had license to stray OT for one post.
