I thought I was flashing it. Hooked up to a computer after purchasing a ford app but now I think it was just an upgrade. Going to set up an appointment with a ford dealer.
As far as the file on the old PCM it was the factory PCM.
Well it appears I got the wrong PCM again! While flashing it, noticed it is a TBS5 instead of a TBS7. Oil pressure guage only working when rpm's are above 2000. No power and shifting as if its in tow haul. Learned a valuable lesson, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

What do you mean by "while flashing it"?
Also what can you tell us about the pcm you purchased? Do you know what the pcm file was on your old pcm?
Your low power and poor shifting reminds me of a plugged up ebp sensor.
What Jeremy said....
Also to Jeremy's point, the TBS5 PCM should have worked without issue.
Did you have the batteries disconnected before you plugged the PCM in?
These trucks are smarter than most people believe and can indeed learn some bad habits.
I suggest disconnecting the batteries for an hour, reconnecting them and seeing what the PCM does.
I too think you should make sure you EBP tube, fitting at the exhaust manifold, and sensor are clean and clear. If you still have and EGR, make sure that's clean as well.
Also, by PCM file, he meant what strategy was on the PCM. For example: VXBC3N2, VXBC6N4 etc
