turbo trouble

changed head and valve cover gasket, on a 1993 F250 turbo diesel.
when put back together the turbo started sucking oil out of oil pan. tried a rebuilt turbo, but it still does it!

What do you mean sucking oil out of the oil pan? It's not possible for that to happen.

It can't directly suck oil out of the pan but if the turbo can't get rid of the oil going to it properly it will push past the seals in it and cause a massive leak on either intake or exhaust side. You need to check the pedestal and Valley pan baffle for restrictions or being plugged.
