1955 Ford COE for sale

I saw this on Facebook and it linked to an ebay sale:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/111948998012?ssPageName=STRK%3AMESELX%3AIT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649Here is what he says: " Very solid project restore or rod. Not running but turns over, rolls and steers. 272 V8 Y-block 5 spd and 2 spd rear. 10.00X20 tires. Rust as shown in pics. Transport available, call or email."

I couldn't find where in the US it is.
Here is a link to some more pictures:

Dickens is in the infamous Sioux City - Souix Falls - Mason City triangle. Where western Minnesotans go to escape the scourges of winter's wrath. Home to many a 'fancy house' in its heyday, today the area is noted for being exceptionally polite and much nicer than Minnesota. If that's ok with everyone.

A place like that exists in the States?! I need to start heading west because the folks here in the Northeast, well, they're mostly exceptionally nasty. My pregnant wife was walking into a store and the woman in front of her slammed the door in her face. My wife said, "Gee thanks." The woman said, "You being incapable of opening your own f***ing door is not my problem."

Now I know where to go! Shhh. Don't give away your secret.
