226 Flathead Automatic Trans Adapter
Is there such a thing?? My daughter, yes she can drive a standard, wants me to put an automatic in our 1949 F1 while keeping the 6 cylinder flathead motor.
In looking at all the websites, that I found, that sell adapters only seemed to offer them for the V8 flat.

Nope, unless you want to engineer it yourself. There was a similar thread on here a month or so ago. Among many other things, the back flange of the crack isn't bored for the hub of a converter. An automatic was never an option on the 226 in cars.
