7.3 fuel filter drain

I'm having a problem with the fuel filter drain. While the engine is running fuel is leaking out of the filter drain. I've tried opening and closing the drain, thinking something was caught in the valve.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Possibly a bad o-ring in the valve.
