Ok so...

Theres the culprit... FORD PART # F2UZ12A182A

However that has been discontinued

so they made a replacement part

FORD PART # F2UZ12A182AA (2 A's)
That was also discontinued... GAHHH

So Im on my way to the junkyard....

UPDATE: I found the last one, hiding in a dusty parts bin in NYC.

It was the last one they had Probably the last new one ever... it was $18.

Let you guys know if this remedies the problem once its installed.

Sarad Van and Truck Parts, NYC had one... they seemed to have a pretty extensive inventory...

That was the culprit. Removed the driver headlight for easy(er) access for replacement. Job only took about an hour. BRAKE warning has gone away and the truck is running perfectly.
