Changing Steering Wheel Center

I've done some searching but haven't been able to find anything regarding a new "issue" I'm having. I recently installed a 7" lift kit from PMF Suspension, excellent kit and yes, I know, contact them for possible answers, but I like checking here. So, got everything installed for the lift kit, as well as replacing the ball joints as part of the job. To the issue, after installing everything and having it aligned and the steering wheel recentered, I have a slight issue of the steering wheel center changing. The story goes, if I turn hard left, my steering wheel center will be just left of center, if I turn hard right, it will be back to center or just barely right of center. The kit did include a drop Trackbar bracket and adjustable Trackbar, but everything is torqued down and nothing in that system seems to be shifting the axle center. I did eliminate the factory steering stabilizer in favor of a dual stabilizer mounted to the axle/cross shaft. I can't figure how this could be an impact though. Looking for thoughts/input here guys. Thanks!

Sounds like somethings not tight enough and shifting position when stressed.

That's what the alignment guy was thinking too. I've rechecked the Trackbar bracket to frame bolts. The only piece I couldn't verify is the Trackbar bolt on the top side. It's supposed to torque to 406 ft/lbs as memory serves me, and not having a wrench that goes that high, I ran my 1/2" impact direct off the compressor at 175 psi and gave it a solid 5 count. Yes, I know, not technical, but figured I wasn't going to break the 10.9 bolt. So I concede that could be a culprit and the only one I had come up with so far. Going to stop by a HD truck shop I know and see if I can actually pull it with their wrench.

Check the collar on the drag link ank make sure it's tight that's where you adjust the wheel to center it. If you get ball joints too tight it can have an effect on the wheel not coming back to center. If the collar is tight I would take the stabilizers off and see if it does it with out them but I'm thinking it will you can leave all the brackets just take the stabilizers off. You may also want to have some one turn the wheel back and forth while your looking at the front end to make sure nothing is loose.
