steering wheel off with lift HELP

well i lifted my truck awhile back and the steering wheel was crooked after the install. i never got around to fixing it but now i'm wanting to do that. i was told there is a sleeve to adjust the wheel, but i'm not exactly sure which one to do. here's a pic of underneath and i have two sleeves circled? are these it? and which one do i adjust?

Drop bracket for the tracking-bar. Not the one's circled. Shifts axle back to center and realigns your steering wheel.

Thats the one. Loosen those two nuts, spray the heck out of it with PB Blaster or any penetrating lubricant, and then pry in the gap with a pry bar (not a screw driver) to break the collar loose. Since you moved the axle farther from the pitman arm, you will probably want to lengthen the rod, since the wheel is turned to the right, correct?

right, so i loosen those up, turn the wheel to dead center, then tighten them back up?

Yep loosen those two clamps on the sleeve...

Key ON with the Engine OFF.

Try to park with the tires as straight as possible.
Engage parking brake.
Loosen the two nuts (15mm I believe) and rotate the sleeve until the steering wheel is centered.
Tighten nuts.
Test Drive and fine tune if needed.

If your track bar is not adjustable ,,you need to make it longer ,or get an adjustable one to center the front axle again...
