I'd be surprised if the cam or crank sensor plugs were available since they are in a shielded part of the harness and it's recommended NOT to replace or repair them. I know someone makes them but they may not be available to the public. You might try Alliant also.
I don't recall the name but DieselTechRon has someone he was talking
about for all sorts of plugs and pigtails. If you can find that name they
might have something. Or if not you could try a used harness and pull
that fitting from it.
