1957 C700 COE $$$

Looking at purchasing a 1957 C700 COE with a engine that runs ( smokes) alittle rust on the bottom of doors, over all not bad. Seller asking $4000.00. Is he thinking right? I think lower?

What is the difference between a C600 and a C700?

That could be a steel at 4k, it could be fair. Definitely Not high unless its too far gone.
