My dad is "retired" he found a new hobby and is in the shop just as much as when he was "working"-- He goes to lunch with other retired guys and has coffee up at the welding shop (with retired guys) at 9:00 and 3:00--- He goes to farm sales and just does what ever. Kind of a great life I think.

That's what I hoped it would be like when I retired, finding it rather boring now so need to get a project to do that interests me..

Staying busy and constantly changing experiences keep me on my toes. When that stops, I guess I’ll stop too.

Not sure when or if the vehicle is still there even. I thought of going there again to see if the 53 F-100 he said I could have was still there, front end was damaged pretty bad..Cadillac was a 59 if I remember correctly

Didnt these have the 4, 6, 8 Cyls.?

I think when they made them, the 4,6, 8 they had a lot of problems

A buddy had one of thos engines and had it replaced twice---When that didn't fix the problem he bought a new truck-- same brand different motor.
