Thanks, I read it last night and started some research to see if I can find a shop that has some specialization in doing this work rather than the average chain Tire shop.
Harley, that thread you linked to deals with the alignment tuning of the 4X4 models, Mr. Moore here has a RWD EX so his needs will be a little different.
THEY MAKE THESE IN 2WD
Did not catch that Tom The method would be diff but the Principe should be the same.
"Update: Redhead steering box installed. Also new pitman arm, I noticed my other one had chipped teeth so I replaced to be safe. I am very happy with the result. My truck drives like a new truck. I can turn 100% easier. The best part is that my wobble/sway is gone. I can drive one handed again and feel safe speeding down the highway. Best $350 I have ever spent, wish I would have done it when I first bought my ex."

Ok.
My thoughts are to start with replacing the steering box, control arms and probably ball joints and when they rack it to do the alignment, work on the caster.

Internet automotive dinostices is worth what you payed for it !!! NOTHING
Any of my input was to only give you a direction in where or what to look at OR have some baseline knowledge when you take it to a professional. From looking at this screen I HAVE NO IDEA if you need a new steering box, BUT it sure is worth a check . CHECK or HAVE these things out before you just start changing parts out.

Oh, I agree. There is nothing yall have said that I have not already had some knowledge of and I already contacted a local shop to look at it.
FYI mine is an '05 EB v-10 4x4 with 225K. Ford will give me $4,200 trade in for mine. Exterior and mechanically, mine is very good, interior needs some tlc.

Yeah, we actually went and drove a Ford Transit, my wife did not like it at all. It is longer, bigger, very difficult to park and even with the EX not being perfect and 15 years old, it still drives smooth, is parkable and has a luxury feel to it. Whereas the Transit with cloth seats and basic package is just not the same. That being said, the space is amazing.
We are also going to look at the Nissan NV but I think they are a good bit more money and harder to find in the passenger configuration.
We bought our 2002 V10 2wd last year with 104k and now have 118k.
Ours had a bit of slop in the front steering and it needed tie rod ends.
Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while laying underneath and you can easily see the slop in a tie rod end.
The steering gear box pitman arm should react immediately to the steering wheel shaft turning which also can easily be observed.
Have you added a rear sway bar? It will help handling all around. I cringed the first time I took a freeway on ramp with ours. The Hellwig front & rear bars are worth it, makes an incredible improvement in handling.
