Rear View Mirror Display....
My search doesn't work. 
I tried! Don't be mad at me!!
So I'm pulling down the console on Monday. Fixing the loose connections. But...... I was thinking.....
My rear view mirror doesn't show direction nor will it auto adjust with bright lights, and of course no old school mirror flip thing. So any tips? Can I fix the rear view while fixing the console?
Do I need more pics?

And it's an 03 limited. Is the mirror likely a fuse issue?

"Well fixed my compass very easy fix took all of about 10 minutes. As you can see all of that white stuff is flux
but all you have to do is resolder the ends back down I'm no rocket scientist but watched a couple of videos on YouTube and i think that anyone can do this. Cost me a total of $15.00."

My rearview mirror quit the other day as well along with the backlights on the rear heater controls but the controls themselves still function OK. Not trying to hijack this post but I think we are all looking for the same cause of this issue.
Is there a common fuse that controls all of these?

Overhead display still functions as always. The only thing I did one month ago was cut the wire that controls the brightness to the overhead display to keep it bright all the time. When I did this the backlights for the heater controls worked fine. The current problem only started earlier this week.
