Yes, it's amazing what these things are going for these days. It wasn't too long ago, when owners would pay YOU just to haul them away!
Few of those beautiful birch interiors have survived the ravages of time, if left out in the weather in this part of the country.
I hope to pull one out of the dry midwest or southwest some day, after I finish my long term project, and prices come back to reality.
