I think you mean you put pads and rotors on your D50. I can't recall anyone mentioning doing a caliper swap when changing the axle so I would assume the pads are fine, as for the rotors I would look up part numbers for the ones you have now and the ones for the axle out of the donor vehicle and compare them. Im sorry I don't have an actual answer just giving you a way you could check for yourself.
You can swap the rotors and use your calipers that are on the truck as long as the D60 you get is a late '95 and up. Early '95 and back they used different steering knuckles, calipers, and 12" rotors. You have the bolt on calipers and 13" rotors on the '96.
