On my 95 f250 there is rust on the bottom corners of both fenders( by the doors). On the driver there's a decent sized hole from the rust and the passenger side it looks to be just starting. I thought of just replacing both fenders, but am wonders if there is an alternative that's hopefully a little cheaper.
Can probably find these cheaper on Amazon or ebay.
Can't speak for the quality, but usually the aftermarket sheet metal replacement parts are thinner and dent more easily than the OEM stuff. Edges tend to be sharp too, so watch your hands.
There are also sheet metal pieces you cut out and weld in new, but that can be a lot more expensive if you don't do your own work.
