Wierd rumble when letting off accelerator.
04 explorer, When traveling under throttle the thing runs smooth, when letting off accelerator, there's a rumble from, what seems like, the rear of the vehicle, when I press the accelerator, it almost "clunks" and acts fine once it's under acceleration again. Should I suspect my rear end gears going out, or something simple like a universal joint.

I'd start by suspecting a u-joint. They are relatively easy to replace and quite inexpensive, so if that turns out to not be the issue and you're able to replace them yourself, you won't be out much money and may just save enough in improved fuel economy to pay for the parts quickly.
