I'm not sure where to post this thread so I thought I'd start here since this is the 1967 - 1972 group. I have an old RAC Maxi-Tune Ignition Analyzer that I haven't used since somewhere around 1970. I don't have the manual but I did manage to find one on eBay, or so I thought until it arrived. My analyzer does not have the "Lead For Tachometer Dwell and Points Test" that's shown in the manual. As far as I can recall it never did. I took it apart just to see if a wire was missing or broke off through the years but didn't find anything. I'm thinking mine may have been an earlier model and didn't have that 4th connection. I know this is a stretch, but would anyone know anything about the one I have without that lead???
1st picture is my Maxi-Tune analyzer.
2nd picture is from the Instruction Manual I bought from eBay.
3rd picture is the front page of the Manual describing the analyzer and match mine to a T.
If there's a better place to ask this please let me know, thanks.
