The instructions said slowly cycle the steering wheel 30x with the engine off. I didn't start getting bubbles until 20 cycles. By 50 cycles the oil level stayed the same (and my 12 yr old was bored with helping me). Went another 10 cycles after that before doing the some more with the engine on.
