I'm with you Dakster! I didn't buy this truck for the mileage, but for other things that it offered that no one else did. The power of this thing is awesome, even stock and can't even imagine what it is like deleted and tuned.

Compared to my 2007 Chevy Classic though with the Duramax, I'm getting pretty much the same mileage for the way that I drive. So, I'm pretty happy with that!

Of course I want to get better MPG and what everyone else is saying they are getting... But my reality isn't that way. I did go down about 1 mpg or so from my 2011 6.7 diesel. In the grand scheme of things it isn't going to make or break the bank.

Funny, I had a 2007.5 NBS Chevy Diesel. I never had it up in AK though, so I can't compare it.

I already have issues with traction, so I can't imagine tuning this one... I need a winter mode switch like Volvo has.
