I have no clue but perhaps the wheels are aftermarket from the van converter company? The hubcaps on my 85 are but the ones on my 88 I think are stock ford.
That sure is a pretty van!
The body shop down the street from me quoted $200 to buff and detail my 88. After seeing the spider cracks on your top before it was painted, i looked at mine and it has some very small ones similar to what you had.. You cant see them unless you are at the right angle.. Perhaps having mine buffed and waxed will seal them.. They are not structural but perhaps just the gel coat..
Your lug pattern is 5 lug x 5.5 that will help you find center caps. If you are needing new one check LMC. I going to buy some for my wheels I bought that have none.
I had the same sawtooth wheels on my '86 GMC 2500 van; mine were American Racing brand wheels and of course would have had the 5" bolt circle that GM used on its vans instead of the 5.5" on the Ford. I believe your wheels and caps are the same as mine aside from the bolt circle--the caps simply press into the hole from the back and are held in place by the wheel.
I would just go to a wheel/tire store that deals in a lot of truck wheels; it's likely they could find you replacement caps. I think I had the same type of caps on some old white wagon wheels on an FJ40 Land Crusher.
