I'm no expert, so take everything I say with a grain of salt. I'm working this out myself right now. My carb looks similar to yours. I made this diagram after looking stuff up everywhere:
So your port on top there used to go to a charcoal canister more than likely.
The EGR valve can be plugged off or if you have a vacuum valve in the manifold, it can go to that. Will look something like this:
I see you have a manual choke in there. I may do that myself.
There is a port on the bottom front passenger side of the carb that can be plugged as well. Your PCV port may be on the front middle or back driver's side corner depending on your carb model.
This is what I have worked out on mine, but I still need to test some of it.
A good way to cross reference the vacuum diagrams (which confused the crap out of me) is to do a search for Vacuum terms or acronyms on the forums here. You can find carb pictures and vacuum part pictures on Rock Auto or a couple of other sites once you figure out what the acronym means.
The hardest part for me was figuring out what the acronyms meant then figuring out where those were on my truck.
