Well guys I guess I got a little over confident and seeking guidance from those with more experience. My 96 7.3 was leaking fuel in the valley so I went and got he the banjo bolt o-rings. I got the banjo bolt out and the new o-rings lined up. But now, I am having a hard time getting the bolt threads to start. I don't know if its me or what? I did my exhaust and I thought this would be easier. My wife (smaller hands) tried for about an hour and a half after I got upset.
Any helpful hints you guys can give me?
The threads on the pump feel fine. It's just a pain to try and keep the pieces lined up and try to thread it in.
I'm saving up for e-fuel. It's definitely on my "PMS" list.
Well after messing with it again today, then my wife worked on it again. I decided to call my little brother and see if he could get it. He got the bolt installed in about 15 minutes. I guess I have to admit that I don't have the hand strength that I used to.
