old Ford guy, new member
Howdy from Texas. It's already getting hot and barely March. Man I'm dreading August already. Still wrenching on my 2000 Island Blue F150 5.4 with tow pkg that I bought new 16 yrs ago. It had the rear pinion bearings go out around 110,000 miles, had a fuel pump die around 200,000 and now power steering at 250,000 miles. Boy it's been a good one. It even has 4 of the original coil packs. It still gets compliments even as an old farm truck pulling loads of round bales or a trailer full of cows.
