Available in 13. Standard on King Ranch, Platinum, Limited and Raptor. You had to get a 402A package Lariat to get em. The base Lariat did not have them.
In 14 they were an available option on the XLT but I cannot remember what package. Standard on the higher trims as a carry over from the previous year.
