Why Does Ford's COTUS Not Work?
I got the VIN for my truck last week and been trying to get it to work with Ford's Customer Order Tracking website. I've got a copy of the window sticker, but the COTUS website says gives me a no vehicle found error.
I know my expected delivery date, but would like to track it thru the process. Anyone know what gives here?

Looks like my truck was built yesterday. I've got a leap-year baby! Guess that means when she turns one year old she'll have 60,000 miles....such a tramp

I believe that some of the COTUS sites are some sort of beta or test site(s). I got mixed results using all of them.
My conclusion is that this is something that just doesn't get a lot of attention, or is at the very least a low priority.
You have to admit, the only time any of us pays any attention to it is when we have a vehicle on order. Prior to, and after that, we could care less.
