Going though some old idea photos and ran across this but don't know where it came from. Is this a FTE members? Know what tank it is. I'd like to run my pickups fuel tank filler hose out the side like this.
I think Roy is right, sure looks like the tank he and I have used, chevy van. I used 1995 tanks with the internal pan for FI, but no reason it wouldnt work for a carb as well. 1986 and older had a carb. There are two versions, the smaller 22 gallon is the one to use. Install pics are in both of my build threads.
In daves build he uses a exhaust adaptor to get a larger filler hose. I used the same thing also changed the angle of the filler so I didn't have to cut as much of a notch in the frame
