Dreaded wrench/check engine

Going afternoon FTE, About a two and half weeks ago my wife noticed the Wrench light came on and the car went into sleep mode shortly after. I told her to turn the car for a few minutes and then restart ( I had do this with one of our ford stake body at work ) Car started up and she was able to make it home safely. Me thinking that it's possible it may need a tune up so this was completed. We took the car for a quick five minute ride and the lights returned. This time I had to get the car towed to my home. I ran the scan tool on her and returned these codes:

P061b
P2106
p2112

all relating to the TB any suggestions?

Ford extended the warranty on the TB and there is an updated PCM program. Take it to the dealer.
