Cab Mount Sleeves

I have updated the thread name, now that I know the part I need is a cab mount sleeve. Still looking for a replacement.

Would this be on a 84 F100 4x4?
Or is it for something else?
You also say "upper" I have not heard of upper just front & rear.

Yes, a 1984 F150 4x4. Specifically, its for the front cab mount.

I mentioned upper, because on each mount, whether its front or rear, has a cushion on either side, this came from the upper side, where it meets the cab.

Could someone look up the parts in the parts book? I have one, but I'm on duty this weekend, and its at home.

So it turns out the sleeve I have can be saved, but once I got home, I looked up the part numbers. The sleeves themselves cannot be purchased without the rubber

Here is the front upper cab mount from Bronco Graveyard part number: 33104

Here is the rear upper cab mount, also from Bronco Graveyard: 33106
