brake light problems

OK I am having trouble out of my brake lights when I push the brake pedal my front park lights are coming on when I turn on the park lights or headlights the cruise control will not work or the left turn signal will not work or the hazard lights what could be the cause? I'm about to sale the truck becuz I can not figure this out thanks in advance

Probably a bad ground or some other wiring harness snafu.

What is the history of this truck?

Make a coherent list of what works and what doesn't in regards to the lighting and signalling systems, your missive is impossible to decipher.

For some reason you have a harness shorted or mangled or got connected together.
Have you been working on the wiring?
