There is an angle right on the center of the support brace that goes across from hinge to hinge, cut that and adjust and reweld. But might want to address the oil canning in the center of that hood first. The gap between the fender and hood can be shortened by loosening up all the bolts from fender to air deflector and push the fender towards the hood and have someone tighten bolts while someone holds the fender in the desired position. If that does not work might have to elongate some holes in air deflector.
