Are these really plug and play???

Are these Putco 3157 PLASMA LED tail light Bulbs really plug and play for my '91 F150? Any reason for resistors, etc? Anyone try these yet? Thanks Jon.

they should be.
the resistors are usually used for newer cars that have self checking circuits, like BMW's.
